SimWerx Showcases Real-X at USSOCOM Medical Training Event

The SimWerx team's presentation at the USSOCOM Medical Training Technology Experimentation Event was a resounding success! The event was held from February 6-10, 2023 at the USF Health Center for Advanced Medical Learning & Simulation (CAMLS) in Tampa, Florida and provided an opportunity for technology developers to showcase their products and interact with operational personnel to determine their usefulness in enhancing Special Operations Forces (SOF) capabilities.

Our team showcased the REAL-X simulation technology to four groups tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of medical training modalities. The hands-on surgical skills executed by the learners were supported by REAL-X, providing a comprehensive and immersive experience. The technology's ease of use and versatility impressed the attendees, and they were especially intrigued by the future use case of the Medic Copilot decision support system.
